The Terrorist will follow us home to pursue the War Criminals unless we vote them out......
1. Conspiracy to commit crimes against peace
2. Planning, initiating and waging wars of aggression
3. War-Crimes
4. Crimes against humanity
This is the definition of number one on our list......
A crime against peace, in international law, refers to the act of military invasion as a war crime, specifically referring to starting or waging war against the integrity, independence, or sovereignty of a territory or state, or else a military violation of relevant international treaties, agreements or legally binding assurances.
An important exception to the forgoing are defensive military actions taken under Article 51 of the UN Charter. Such defensive actions are subject to immediate Security Council review, but do not require UN permission to be legal within international law."Nothing in the present Charter shall impair the inherent right of individual or collective self-defense if an armed attack occurs against a Member of the United Nations." (UN Charter, Article 51) The Security Council will determine if the action is legally the "right of individual or collective self-defense", or it may appoint another UN organ to do this.
Waging a war of aggression is a crime under customary international law. However, there is no legally binding definition of the crime.
The International Military Tribunal at Nuremberg, which followed World War II, called the waging of aggressive war "essentially an evil thing...to initiate a war of aggression...is not only an international crime; it is the supreme international crime differing only from other war crimes in that it contains within itself the accumulated evil of the whole."[1]
This is number two on our list........
Article 39 of the United Nations Charter provides that the Security Council shall determine the existence of any act of aggression and “shall make recommendations, or decide what measures shall be taken in accordance with Articles 41 and 42, to maintain or restore international peace and security”.
The Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court refers to the crime of aggression as one of the “most serious crimes of concern to the international community”, and provides that the crime falls within the jurisdiction of the International Criminal Court (ICC). However, the Rome Statute stipulates that the ICC may not exercise its jurisdiction over the crime of aggression until such time as the states parties agree on a definition of the crime and set out the conditions under which it may be prosecuted.
These are the definitions of number three on our list......
War crimes are defined in the statute that established the International Criminal Court, which includes:
1. Grave breaches of the Geneva Conventions, such as:
1. Willful killing, or causing great suffering or serious injury to body or health
2. Torture or inhumane treatment
3. Unlawful wanton destruction or appropriation of property
4. Forcing a prisoner of war to serve in the forces of a hostile power
5. Depriving a prisoner of war of a fair trial
6. Unlawful deportation, confinement or transfer
7. Taking hostages
2. The following acts as part of an international conflict:
1. Directing attacks against civilians
2. Directing attacks against humanitarian workers or UN peacekeepers
3. Killing a surrendered combatant
4. Misusing a flag of truce
5. Settlement of occupied territory
6. Deportation of inhabitants of occupied territory
7. Using poison weapons
8. Using civilian shields
9. Using child soldiers
3. The following acts as part of a non-international conflict:
1. Murder, cruel or degrading treatment and torture
2. Directing attacks against civilians, humanitarian workers or UN peacekeepers
3. Taking hostages
4. Summary execution
5. Pillage
6. Rape, sexual slavery, forced prostitution or forced pregnancy
This is the definition of number four.......
In international law, a crime against humanity consists of acts of persecution or any large scale atrocities against a body of people, as being the criminal offence above all others.[1]
The Rome Statute Explanatory Memorandum states that crimes against humanity "are particularly odious offences in that they constitute a serious attack on human dignity or grave humiliation or a degradation of one or more human beings. They are not isolated or sporadic events, but are part either of a government policy (although the perpetrators need not identify themselves with this policy) or of a wide practice of atrocities tolerated or condoned by a government or a de facto authority. However, murder, extermination, torture, rape, political, racial, or religious persecution and other inhumane acts reach the threshold of crimes against humanity only if they are part of a widespread or systematic practice. Isolated inhumane acts of this nature may constitute grave infringements of human rights, or depending on the circumstances, war crimes, but may fall short of meriting the stigma attaching to the category of crimes under discussion."[2]
We are the Nation that set these laws up after WWII. No matter how much they were an emotional reaction of the Victors of that War, they form the basis of how we want Human Beings treated in the world. The current disasteradministration has violated each of these International Crimes as set down by the Nuremberg trials, and the United Nations Charter. The American People are the only ones strong enough to hold these War Criminals responsible for their deeds. They admit these crimes in public constantly to the American People in their propaganda news conferences, through their controlled news agencies, and with their controlled information leaks. They have shown that they are even willing to commit Treason to fulfill their ends. Americans need to rise up at the polls to vote out these Bastards that have co-opted our Democracy. If this does not work, our founding fathers told us we have the right to overthrow this Fascist Dictatorship and bring back real Democracy.

It's good to see you're back at it in full force! I hadn't been around for a while.
I am blown away by how much stuff has come out about this regime, yet nothing much is happening.
I'm very disappointed with the Democrats for not playing the full hand they have been given.
They play around with symbolic measures, declare impeachment is off the table, hold investigations, subpoena people who don't show, yet nothing happens.
Where are the Marshals, where are the handcuffs?
Sheesh!
(BTW, I stole your video!)
Thanks.
